Yup, that's his face added to the shirt. Too funny.
I do happen to have two 50th surprise parties under my belt thanks to mom and dad and I'm sure you'll agree it is no easy feat to keep quiet when the guest of honour is around all the time. I just can't figure out why I like planning surprise parties so much but I can't stand to be surprised? Gifts, test marks, waiting for the end of a suspense movie, I need to know it all right now.Flash back to my 5th birthday. My mom brought a friend to pick me up from gymnastics (can barely touch my toes now) and I thought that was great. Not so great, was the part when I got home and my friends jumped around the corner and yelled surprise. Blubbering tears everywhere and recovery was slow, I'm guessing, since a couple decades later I'm still thinking about it.
I'm working on it but for now I can be sure this party was a success.
Good luck with yours.
